Sauteed Tilapia with Green and White Onions
I love tilapia. I cook it at least 3-4 times a week. Usually sauteed with onions, garlic and maybe some mushrooms. This time I rubbed some of a generic blackening spice to try something different. I covered this dish (flipped the fish halfway through) and in 15 minutes this meal is done! YUM YUM!
